BIO:

Norma Reyes, PhD, is a speaker, writer, and coach. She holds a doctorate in Adult, Professional, and Community Education from Texas State University - San Marcos. Her research is on the career development, happenstance learning theory and executive Latinas in higher education. Norma also holds a Masters of Arts in Counseling and Guidance and is licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor with the state of Texas.

When asked abut her why, Norma said,"I want to help everyone believe in themselves, that they can do anything they set their mind to. While I grew up poor, with my own struggles, I have always had hope of reaching my dreams. I have found that so many never had anyone believe in them, believe that they could do more."
