Dry white wine cultivated in Katheti Region, Georgia 

The wine of pale straw color with aromas of acacia, yellow plum and white mulberry. On the palate the refreshing acidity, hints of white currant and yellow fruits, with slight bitterness and mineral structure. The lasting aftertaste with sweet berries finish.

The wine is well-combined with dishes from fish and seafood, as well as with young cheeses.

BIO: 

Author of Aventura, Amor y Tacos, Maira is a first-generation Mexican-American who was raised in an urban neighborhood in Los Angeles, by immigrant parents. After graduating from UC Berkeley, she realized her heart was in serving the community.

She works to inspire her community to continue growing and to continue making positive changes towards diversity while at the same time taking care of themselves. Through her work she strives to empower individuals by reconnecting to their culture, values and heritage that their motherlands provide and helping them implement lessons from that wisdom in their daily lives.
