The Wine & Chisme Podcast

Religion, Faith and Trump

Episode Summary

Francesca is also a former staunch conservative and recovering Trump supporter. We discuss her 7th generation Texas roots, how religion influenced her life and how she went from voting Republican for 12 years (yes, including Trump) to a progressive who believes in using her voice for social equity and justice.

Episode Notes

Wine: Alloro Vineyard Pinot Noir 2016

This wine reveals intense ripe black cherries and blueberries, with rose petals, and notes of cinnamon, clove, and slightly toasted hickory.  Very full-bodied, dark ruby in color, with plush, velvety texture, pleasurable persistence, and mouth-watering acidity, that provides tension.  This wine has a very long finish that lingers with ripe black cherries, baking spices, and graphite.
